Dinner in Ibiza: From Nobu to El Portalón, the Exclusive Gastronomic Route

Gerard Riera · 05 Jun 2026

Ibiza eats well. Very well.

Most tourists in Ibiza eat poorly. They choose the restaurant closest to the hotel or with the best Instagram photo. The island's gastronomic reality is radically different: there are experiences that compete with any European capital.

The key is knowing the right order. Some restaurants are for before the night out. Others, for after. Some require reservations weeks in advance. Others, just the right contact.

Nobu Ibiza Bay: The Starting Point

Nobu Ibiza Bay is the classic Japanese luxury restaurant that never fails. The Ibiza version of Nobu Matsuhisa's franchise has its own identity: the Nobu Hotel setting, sea views and that Japanese-Peruvian cuisine that has won over half the luxury world. The black cod miso remains the definitive dish.

Sublimotion: The World's Most Expensive Dinner

Sublimotion at Hard Rock Hotel is a unique world experience: €1,500 per person for a maximum of 12 diners. Not a restaurant, but an art installation where avant-garde gastronomy meets projections, performance and sensory technology.

Paco Roncero designed a 20-course experience that attacks all the senses. Reservations sell out months ahead. With Gerard Riera, we manage the reservation and complete evening program around this experience.

Lío: Cabaret, Dinner and Show at the Port

Lío is the perfect fusion of luxury restaurant and cabaret show. Located at Ibiza port with views of the old town, it offers dinner while acrobats, singers and dancers perform meters from your table.

Sa Punta and Es Bolladó: Authentic Ibiza

Sa Punta is the antidote to excess. Honest paella with direct views of Ses Salines in an unpretentious setting. The Ibiza that existed before mass tourism, preserved in a restaurant that understands produce.

Es Bolladó goes further: atop a cliff with the island's most photographed sunset. The food is secondary — though good — because the main course is the landscape. Advance booking essential months ahead in season.

El Portalón: Seafood at the Heart of Ibiza Town

To close the gastronomic circle, El Portalón in Ibiza Town. Top-quality seafood at the island's historic heart, where product quality speaks for itself.

The Night After

Once dinner is done, the Ibiza night awaits: Ushuaïa, Hï, Pacha or DC-10 depending on the day. We arrange it all in one service: confirmed dinner, guaranteed VIP access, coordinated transfers.
